Good seeds is about planting the good stuff to build the life that you desire. It’s time to start identifying what Glennon Doyle calls,"the most beautiful, truest version of your life." It’s time to start asking yourself, how do I start living the life I know is possible?  I believe that we are all capable of curating a more balanced, aligned way of living.  And, there is no better place to start but in the dirt. Cultivate and nurture the dirt, so that you can plant those good seeds to grow.
