• Self Lymphatic Drainage Massage-  Headcold? Sinus pressure? Stuffy nose? A great way to ease the pain and get rid of some of the congestion in your head. I’ve already watched this like 10 times…. 

• The Egg- A short story - I don’t think you are supposed to watch this sober- but I never got that warning. Karma, death, the universe, and God are all explored in this short video. Watching this feels akin to your first time watching and understanding The Matrix.

• MAGA Hat in the Chemo Room - Andrea Gibson has always been one of my favorite poets; they knew how to make language float and land at the same time. This was one of their last poems as they were battling their fight with Ovarian cancer. It is a tear-jerker, but also a beautiful reminder of what it means to be alive. 

• Overcomer- Every creative’s journey through self-doubt and imposter syndrome. 

• Margaret Atwood: The 60 Minutes Interview- She is a star and an icon and should be saved at all costs. This is an honest and hysterical interview that the legendary Margaret Atwood gave 60 Minutes, which includes a palm reading session and an explanation of pettiness through astrology.

• How to Build a Romantic Resurgence by Dr. Rachel Barr:  A thoughtful exploration of how scientific studies have been replaced by metrics and become devoid of meaning. This article so beautifully captures the sentiment so many feel- disenfranchised by the crumbling systems around them that have detached themselves from humanity. 

• The Knight and the Moth by Rachel Gillig: A fantasy book, with a dash of romance, of course, set in a completely different magical world than I have encountered before. A gothic-inspired novel that follows Sybil, a diviner, whose entire life revolves around her role as a holy oracle who drowns to predict people’s futures. It is only at the end of her holy service that she realizes that the life she knew to be true was, in fact, not the truth.

• West End Girl, Lily Allen. Jaw-dropping, truth-telling with hypnotic pop beats. I’ve never been so engrossed with a singular storyline before in my life. It is the ultimate Divorce album. 

• Everybody Scream, Florence and the Machine Florence Welch always knows how to tear me open and rip out the primal scream lodged in my throat. May we all gather around a fire and share in listening to this album as a collection of women. 

• Ego Death at A Bachelorette Party, Hayley Williams. A meditation on both personal and professional grief while exploring a range of pop-adjacent sounds. 

• Lux, Rosalia. There are 12 languages sung on this album. 12. Operatic and epic and a historical feat.
